Furthermore, purchasing a place at a later stage in life is different than pervious buying experiences as we set out to buy a traditional house and bought a condominium instead. Florida Executive Realty agent, Anthony Sparacino, helped us reach our goal even though we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. After a number of surprising turns we landed in paradise. Been a little over 11 years since the Sparacinos helped me sell my home in the wake of the housing market crash. No words can describe how hard they worked to make this happen while working with the government to ensure I did not get financially burned by virtue of being forced to move due to me being active duty Air Force with orders to transfer. Years later, having not had contact with them since I left, enjoying the comfort I have in my current home and situation, I still look back and thank them for their past performance and dedication helping make my current living possible. Team Sparacino was very in-tune with the entire process of selling our home. Selling our home was a pretty difficult task that ranged from finding an open permit to awaiting an oven to be installed prior to our closing date. With me being out of the State during my sell, Team Sparacino over came all my barriers in order to get our home sold. BTW, Team Sparacino helped me purchase our home 12 years ago and now they helped me sale the same home.
